SOWING THE SEEDS OF YOUR POTENTIAL

Your potential is where you build your foundation, the roots of your inner strength, your personal power.  It's where you develop your gift; it's from where you draw your super power, your potential is all that you want to be.

What we are told and what occurs in our childhood years, becomes ingrained in our minds and stay with us as we become adults.  We can sometimes reach a point in our lives where we find ourselves at a crossroad, not knowing which way to go, we feel stuck or like something is missing.

When you are grounded and connected to the seeds of your potential and the deep roots of what you have sown, connecting you to who and what you truly are, you are no longer working in survival mode,   You are no longer working in the rhytmn of moving on and through the next chapters of your life without taking in the essence and understanding of all that you have just experienced.

Having strong roots to hold you as part of your foundation is key, to encourage you to play and connect with the voices of guidence in your head, to listen to the whispers of your heart and the fluttering in your stomach when you know something is right.

It encourages you to feed your soul with the things you want to do, that light you up, get you giddy and make you happy.

This four week programme will help you to blossom into who you truly are, taking you on a journey to a deeper connection to YOU and reigniting your a passion, turning it into a flame.

Week one - Roots - Connecting to what it is that you need to heal.

Week two - Shoots - Begin to recgonise the change in yourself, seeing a growth in your confidence, it knowing what you want.

Week three - Buds - Feel that sense of empowermnet and the renewed excitement towards your life.
(this session includes a grounding Magnolia tree meditation)

Week four - Blossom - Recognising your potential, growth and the valuable insight gained.
