Flower Arrangement Terms and Conditions
We operate a customer service satisfaction policy and endeavour to deliver flowers of quality and durability. If at any time you are unhappy with the delivered requirements please contact us at your earliest convenience by telephone or email.
We will endeavour to resolve the situation.
Whenever possible we will photograph our floral display and present them on our website, Instagram, our Facebook page or in any other marketing material and trust that we have your consent.
This consists of design creation, consultation, sourcing products and production and delivery.
We request a deposit payment of 25% of the agreed quotation price on confirmation or your order and the balance of the payment 14 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation of order is given less than 30 days prior to the event.
Changes to orders:
Any changes in your order made at your request will be invoiced separately. We accept changes to flowers to be ordered up to 14 days before the event date/final payment. If any changes are made after this time we cannot guarantee the changes to be met but will endeavour to accommodate the request.
Availability of flowers and foilage:
We do our best to obtain the flowers and foliage specified in our quote but cannot guarantee the availability, this depends on seasonal conditions. We reserve the right to substitute foliage and flowers to the value of the order placed if your desired flower/foliage is not available.
Damages and Loss
Where stated our prices will include rental of vases, props or dressing items. There will be a charge for any lost or damaged items.
Removal of Flowers from Venue
When we return to dismantle, we will remove any remaining flowers from the venue unless otherwise previously arranged.
Cancellation and Refunds
We require 14 days notice prior to the event for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within the non-cancellation period the entire fee will become due and payable.
Events beyond out control
We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control. Events outside our reasonable control include any act, event or accident beyond our control and include (without limitation) events such as strikes, civil commotion, riots, terrorist attracts (actual or threatened), fire, explosion, storm, flood, or natural disaster.
