The following terms and conditions apply to all persons that are attending the workshop organized by LOMASI Ltd. Payment Payment for the workshop space secures and automatically books you in on the chosen workshop, date and time. When payment is made online you will automatically receive confirmation from the Merchant account provider and Lomasi Ltd. Refund Refunds will only be issued under the circumstances mentioned under the Subject titled Cancellation below. Cancellation If the workshop is canceled for any reason we will provide you with a full refund of the amount of the workshop fee that you have paid to LOMASI Ltd. Every effort will be made to issue your refund within 30 days. Alternatively you have the option to transfer your payment to a future workshop. If for any reason you cancel your space on a workshop that you have made payment against, a full refund will only be offered if the cancellation is not less than 16 days away from workshop date. Alternatively you may book another person in your place by providing their details. Disclaimer Workshops held by LOMASI Ltd are solely for the purpose of learning to create a flower arrangement as a hobby. It is no way inclined as a flower education certification. LOMASI Ltd gives no claim to healing ailments. Information given relating to the energy of the flowers is solely as a method of a guideline. Photography and filming LOMASI Ltd may wish to photograph or film the Workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed during the workshop please advise at your earliest convenience. Video testimonials may be requested of you, if consent given, use will be strictly for promotional and Social Media use of LOMASI Ltd. Tickets Tickets will not be provided for the Workshop. Access to the workshop will be your name on the attendee list taken from details provided through the payment procedure. Disability, medical conditions and dietary requirements. If you have any disability or medical conditions that requires special arrangements or any special dietary requirements, please email LOMASI Ltd at [email protected] at least 14 days before the date of the Workshop.
